Meet your loan officer
Chinh Phan is a loan officer with Integrity Home Lending, LLC who helps homebuyers and homeowners with purchases, cash-out and rate-and-term refinances, non-QM loans, and financing for self-employed borrowers and real estate investors. She also enjoys guiding first-time homebuyers through every step of the process.
Before moving into origination, Chinh spent years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage working the back end of the business, handling bankruptcy, foreclosure, loan modification, and collections. That experience gives her a deep understanding of how a loan actually comes together and how to keep a file on track. Her clients keep coming back and sending referrals, which she considers the best measure of a job done right.
Outside of work, Chinh is family oriented, with dinner together every night and a big gathering of family and friends every weekend. She loves reading, singing, board and card games, and catching the Olympics and the World Cup at her local spot, Hickory Tavern.

Integrity Home Lending, LLC is a licensed mortgage lender and broker. Instead of offering one bank's products, we shop your scenario across our network of wholesale lenders and present the options that fit. You work with one guide from start to finish.
A prequalification is an early review of the information you share with us, used to outline the price range and loan options that may fit your situation. It is not a loan approval or a commitment to lend. Full approval happens later, after a complete application and underwriting review.
