Meet your loan officer
Lauren Zambraski is a loan officer with Integrity Home Lending, LLC who works with homebuyers, first-time buyers, and real estate investors on purchase and investment-property financing. With more than a decade in the mortgage industry, Lauren has a knack for making the process clear from start to finish.
Clients tend to point to two things: patient, plain-English guidance that makes sure first-time buyers actually understand each step, and quick, reliable communication that meets them on their own schedule. Lauren got her start in the mortgage business as a teenager at a family brokerage, working her way up from office administrator to branch manager and learning every part of the loan process along the way. She later earned a New York State teaching certification, and that instructor's instinct still shows in how she guides clients today.
Away from work, Lauren is a busy parent of two and spends time off at the beach with family.

Integrity Home Lending, LLC is a licensed mortgage lender and broker. Instead of offering one bank's products, we shop your scenario across our network of wholesale lenders and present the options that fit. You work with one guide from start to finish.
A prequalification is an early review of the information you share with us, used to outline the price range and loan options that may fit your situation. It is not a loan approval or a commitment to lend. Full approval happens later, after a complete application and underwriting review.
No. The questions on this page do not involve a credit check. A credit review only happens later in the process, with your permission.
Typically pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and identification. Lauren will give you a simple checklist based on your situation, and self employed borrowers may have a few additional items.
Timelines vary by transaction and lender, and many purchases close within about 30 days of going under contract. Lauren will set expectations for your specific scenario up front.
