Meet your loan officer
Mary Ripley is a loan officer with Integrity Home Lending, LLC who brings a remarkably broad toolkit to every client. She handles conventional purchases, refinances, and cash-out, along with FHA and VA loans and first-time-buyer financing, and she is just as comfortable with the specialized programs many lenders shy away from: bank statement and 1099 loans, asset depletion, bridge loans, construction, and investment-property financing. If a borrower is self-employed or has an unconventional income picture, Mary usually has a program that fits, and she can often turn around a prequalification on the spot.
Clients point to how easy Mary is to reach and how quickly she responds. She is patient with every question, makes a point of educating borrowers along the way, and keeps the process smooth with no surprises. That approach earns a lot of loyalty: clients refer their friends, neighbors, and relatives, and she has handled as many as ten loans for a single family over the years.
Mary grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, and went to college at Appalachian State in North Carolina before spending more than 30 years in the mortgage business, right out of school. She now calls Georgia home and is the proud mom of two, one a recent accounting graduate pursuing a CPA and MBA and the other finishing a nursing degree. Outside of work she stays active with hiking, biking, and workouts, never turns down a good concert, and unwinds on local trails or over dinner at Frankie's Steakhouse. Traveling across Europe sits at the top of her bucket list.

Integrity Home Lending, LLC is a licensed mortgage lender and broker. Instead of offering one bank's products, we shop your scenario across our network of wholesale lenders and present the options that fit. You work with one guide from start to finish.
A prequalification is an early review of the information you share with us, used to outline the price range and loan options that may fit your situation. It is not a loan approval or a commitment to lend. Full approval happens later, after a complete application and underwriting review.
No. The questions on this page do not involve a credit check. A credit review only happens later in the process, with your permission.
Typically pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, bank statements, and identification. Mary will give you a simple checklist based on your situation, and self employed borrowers may have a few additional items.
Timelines vary by transaction and lender, and many purchases close within about 30 days of going under contract. Mary will set expectations for your specific scenario up front.
