Meet your loan officer
Mel Fuller is a loan officer with Integrity Home Lending, LLC who works with homebuyers and homeowners on purchases and refinances. She came up through the operations side of lending, and her time as a loan coordinator gives her a start-to-finish command of how a file actually moves. Mel also speaks fluent Portuguese and intermediate Spanish, which lets her guide a wider range of clients through the process in the language they are most comfortable with.
Clients tend to point to the same things: Mel is personable, genuine, and efficient, and she has a habit of giving people more information than they thought to ask for. Her goal is to make sure borrowers understand the whole picture, not just the next step, so nothing about their loan comes as a surprise.
Outside of work, Mel is a busy mom of four, with kids ranging from a toddler to a young adult. She loves taking impromptu trips to the water with whichever of them will come along, and a month-long trip to Italy sits at the top of her bucket list. Closer to home, you will often find her around Athens, Georgia.

Integrity Home Lending, LLC is a licensed mortgage lender and broker. Instead of offering one bank's products, we shop your scenario across our network of wholesale lenders and present the options that fit. You work with one guide from start to finish.
A prequalification is an early review of the information you share with us, used to outline the price range and loan options that may fit your situation. It is not a loan approval or a commitment to lend. Full approval happens later, after a complete application and underwriting review.
No. The questions on this page do not involve a credit check. A credit review only happens later in the process, with your permission.

Timelines vary by transaction and lender, and many purchases close within about 30 days of going under contract. Mel will set expectations for your specific scenario up front.
